In the first half of 2025, the total value of goods trade imports and exports of Bengbu City amounted to 7.96 billion yuan (among which, imports and exports of private enterprises reached 7.01 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.5%, becoming the main force). It ranked 8th in the province and 1st in northern Anhui in terms of total volume; with a year-on-year growth of 7.6%, its growth rate ranked 7th in the province. Specifically, exports stood at 4.93 billion yuan, up 2.4% year-on-year; imports reached 3.03 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.3%; and mechanical and electrical products grew by 20.8% (which confirms that Bengbu, the "key industrial town", is set to rise again). Bengbu's foreign trade performance in the first half of 2025 can be regarded as a model of "simultaneous growth in both quantity and quality"! The value of these figures goes far beyond the surface numbers, backed by the "dual-drive" of the government's precise services and enterprises' strenuous efforts to break through difficulties.

Among them, exports amounted to 13 trillion yuan (exceeding 13 trillion yuan for the first time in the same period in history), an increase of 7.2%; imports reached 8.79 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.7%.
2.In the first half of 2025, the total value of goods trade imports and exports of Anhui Province reached 458.54 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.2%, hitting a new high for the same period in history. Among them, exports stood at 309.85 billion yuan (up 15.4%) and imports at 148.69 billion yuan (up 14.7%). The total import and export value ranked 9th in the country and 1st in central China, while the growth rate ranked 6th in the country and 1st in the Yangtze River Delta.
